The JBC B-IRON DUAL NANO (part# BINN-5A) is a battery powered soldering station with two B-NANO handles, designed for high precision and use with surface mount components.

The B-NANO handle provides a short tip to grip distance for exceptional control and can perform up to 120 soldering joints per charge. The handle automatically begins charging when returned to its base and can be fully charged in only 30 minutes.

The B-IRON NANO is compatible with the C115 series of tips. To view a listing of C115 tips with part numbers, drawings and dimensional information, please click here.

This station includes two C115101 tips (conical, 0.1mm).

The B-IRON NANO contains a 7 inch, touch sensitive workscreen which is used with the B-IRON app to configure and control the system.

The workscreen shows a graph of the tip temperature and power supplied to the tip updated in real time. It allows modifying the tool working temperature, checking the battery status and turning the tool in use on and off.

Thanks to JBC’s intelligent heat management, the cartridge tip recovers temperature extremely quickly. This allows reducing the tip temperature when the device is not in use, resulting in a longer tip lifespan.

When the tool enters Sleep or Hibernation Modes, the tip temperature lowers automatically below the solder-melting-point temperature.

Sleep Mode can be activated/deactivated. If it is activated and the tool is placed in the charging holder, in addition to charging, the tip temperature cools down to sleep temperature.
