The JBC CD-1SQF is a precision station in the JBC Compact Series and is ideal for work under a magnifying glass or on tightly populated PCBs. The CD-1SQF includes the T210-A precision handle and is also compatible with T245 general purpose handles.

The JBC Most Efficient Soldering System
The CD-1SQF features intelligent sleep and hibernation modes to both streamline your workflow, as well as extend tip life.
1. Work
When the tool is lifted from the stand the tip will heat up to the selected temperature.
2. Sleep
When the tool is in the stand, the temperature falls to the preset sleep temperature.
3. Hibernation
After longer periods of inactivity, the power is cut off and the tool cools down to room temperature.
These features help to extend tip life lowering the temperature while the tool is not being used. JBC tips last 5 times longer than other brands thanks to the Exclusive Heating System and Sleep & Hibernation mode.
Heating system principles
- JBC systems can reach 350°C (662°F) in only 2 seconds, while others need between 10 and 90 seconds
- The fully integrated thermal sensor to the heater ensures an extremely quick temperature recovery
- The compact element optimizes heat transfer by reducing the thermal barriers.
Increased Productivity
- Increase productivity by using the quick cartridge extractor
- This system designed by JBC allows the user to change cartridges quickly and safely
- Without switching the Station off, you can carry out different soldering jobs in just few seconds
