JBC JNA-1B – High Precision Hot Air Station

The JBC JNA is the only Hot Air Station to rework SMDs without affecting nearby components. It enables easy and high-precision reworking of components as small as 01005, even under a microscope.

The JBC JNA comes with everything you need to start working. This includes the control unit, hot air handpiece with two nozzles, pick and place tool, foot pedal and more. Please see the In the Box section of this page for more detailed information.

The NH hose set is compatible with J125 and J325 nozzles – images of these can be seen to the right.

The JNA station comes with two nozzles:

• J125410 – 1 mm 45° bent
• J325410 – 3 mm 45° bent

The JBC JNA features a color screen and multi-button keypad to quickly adjust station settings. This provides easy access to operational status and functions.

The JNA features an Auto-Start Function, which means the station is turned on when the tool is lifted from the stand.

The Auto-Stop Function guarantees that the heat is automatically cut off when the tool is in the stand. This safety measure also saves power and lengthens the heater life.

Please note, the image below shows a J125010 straight nozzle attached to the NH hose set. This nozzle is sold separately.
