The JBC RBN-1A rework bench solution facilitates rework of small PCBAs up to 4×3”, such as those commonly used in smartphones.

This item includes a pre-heater, PCB support and hand support:

• PHNE preheater
• PHNS PCB support
• RHN articulated hand rest

Please note, soldering and desoldering stations and tools are sold separately.

JBC offers several versions of its rework bench solution. The chart below outlines main components in each, as well as the maximum suggested PCB size.

The PHNE pre-heater features three work modes:

• Power Mode allows working at a fixed power level with the option of using a protection thermocouple
• Temperature Mode keeps the PCBA at a selected temperature, using the regulation thermocouple and, optionally, protection thermocouples
• Profile Mode allows control of the heating rate of the PCBA by the use of a control and protection thermocouple, without exceeding the recommended limit levels in each application. It features 22 customizable profiles

The PHN-SA is perfectly adapted to any type of PCB by means of its many adjustable components and its 3 adjustable clearance positions.

The JBC RHN is an articulated hand rest for use with PHNE pre-heater sets.

The RHN is an indispensable tool for precision work which provides a point of support for the hand close to the working zone. It makes the work more comfortable enabling a more relaxed position and reducing fatigue, which makes it perfect for precise working processes like placing components, soldering, picking with tweezers or solder feeding.

Its base plate is designed to work with PHNEK Preheater Set.

The RHN is supplied with HRR Articulated Right Hand Rest. If accurate work with both hands at the same time is needed, the HRL Articulated Left Hand Rest is also available.
