Description
JBC SF-110VB – Automatic Solder-Wire Feeder
The JBC SF-110VB is an automatic solder feeder with SF280-A handle and a 1mm GSF10V guide set. Several other sizes and styles of guide sets are also available.
The SF-110VB enables users to feed solder wire automatically from any position. Parameters are easily configured, including dispensed wire length and speed. Users can also monitor solder consumption due to integrated counters.
This station features three working modes – continuous, discontinuous, and program. In each program, it is possible to configure up to 3 steps with different dispensed wire lengths and speeds. Up to 35 programs can be executed, cyclically programmable.
Solder wire perforation
The solder feeder features a small blade that perforates the solder wire down to the flux core while feeding it. This perforation process allows better flux flow and outgassing and avoids solder and flux splashing when soldering.
Guide sets
Guide sets are available in many sizes and with or without solder wire perforation.
