Keithley 8010-CTB – Customizable Test Board

The Keithley 8010-CTB is a customizable test board that allows you to add your own socket. The test board is used to create custom test setups for use with the Models 8010 High Power Device Test Fixture and 8011 High Current Test Socket Kit.
