Keithley 8010-DTB-220 – Device Test Board

The Model 8010-DTB-220 is a device test board for testing 3-terminal devices in a TO-220 or TO-247 package and 2-terminal axial-lead devices. The test board is used with Keithley Instrument Models 8010 High Power Device Test Fixture and 8011 High Current Test Socket Kit.
