Keysight 16092A – Spring Clip Fixture
The Keysight 16092A test fixture is designed for impedance evaluation of both lead and SMD components. It is furnished with two modules that can be readily screwed onto the plate to measure either lead or SMD components.
The Keysight 16092A spring Clip Fixture is used for the measurement of both axial and radial lead components and lead-less chip elements. Spring clip contacts are capable of holding samples of the dimensions shown:
