RF Analog Signal Generator (9kHz to 2GHz)
The Keysight AP5001A/502 is an RF analog signal generator with a frequency range of 9kHz to 2GHz.
For users requiring a larger frequency range, this can also be easily upgraded via software option. Part numbers and corresponding increases are as follows:
- AP5001AU/F01: 2 GHz to 4 GHz
- AP5001AU/F02: 2 GHz to 6.1 GHz
- AP5001AU/F03: 4 GHz to 6.1 GHz
A step attenuator is also available and can be activated via option AP5001AU/1E1.
Two versions available
Keysight offers two versions of its AP5000A. A brief overview of the main differences in each can be seen below:
