The LV5600 is a ‘True-Hybrid’ waveform monitor that features a 7-inch touch screen display in a compact 3 RU enclosure with a built-in AC power supply. It can be optioned to support a variety of SDI signals up to 12G-SDI, as well as video over IP.

With its combination of touch screen, dedicated buttons and knobs, and optional user-defined screen layouts the LV5600 allows complex measurement and monitoring tasks to be quickly completed. Designed with the future in mind, the LV5600 addresses your current and evolving video and audio testing needs.

• LV5600-SER01 – SDI (may not be selected in combination with LV5600-SER02A)
• LV5600-SER02A – SDI and Eye Pattern (may not be selected in combination with LV5600-SER01)

In addition to HLG and PQ provided by ITU-R BT.2100, the level monitoring of the HDR signal corresponding to S-log3 and the level management at the assumed luminance (Nits) in a display considering OOTF are possible.

The video signal waveform displays HDR scale along with the IRE scale. In the cine zone display, the luminance distribution of the HDR area can be easily confirmed by displaying the SDR area in monochrome, and the HDR with a color according to the brightness.

Various items such as video signal waveforms display, vector display waveforms, and images of input signals can be laid out in any position with your user’s preferred size. Multiple input signals up to 4 inputs can be displayed simultaneously, or one input signal can be displayed on multiple screens.

The display assignment function can allocate an SDI input signal to multiple display channels, and each channel can monitor a different display format. For example, displaying the signal input to SDI input 1 as component video waveform can be displayed on display channel A and the composite video waveform can be displayed on display channel B.

Supports 4K video format signals of 3G-SDI dual link and quad link, HD- SDI quad link. In the case of 3G-SDI dual link input, up to two inputs can be displayed through switching.

Adds 12G-SDI and 6G-SDI single link. Also, up to four inputs can be displayed through switching.

This feature simplifies the task of identifying the reproduction errors which can occur when transmitting video content produced in BT.709, DCI-P3 or BT.2020 wide color gamut or when converting content from BT.2020 to narrow color gamut.
