The Madgetech Titan S8-CAN is a state-of-the-art data acquisition system designed for diesel engines available with a 9-pin Deutsch or 16-pin OBDII connector. Capable of simultaneously measuring and recording up to 23 suspect parameter numbers, the Titan S8-CAN is an all-in-one solution for diesel engine testing. It is designed to easily connect to the Controller Area Network (CAN) via its diagnostic port.

The versatile Titan S8-CAN provides the capability to monitor and record SAE J1939 compliant CAN messages from Tier 1 through Tier 4 final diesel engines. Once connected, the Titan S8-CAN has the ability to display and record up to 23 suspect parameter numbers (SPN) simultaneously during engine, road, and diagnostic testing. In addition to CAN measurements, this versatile logger can measure and record temperature, current, voltage and pulse simultaneously and display data in real-time. The Titan S8-CAN is compatible for use with many thermocouples, RTD or thermistor probes as voltage output sensors, current switches, transmitters and transducers – sold separately.

The Titan S8-CAN is an all-in-one solution, allowing users to view and record simultaneously without the need for a PC or software. With 1 GB of internal memory, the Titan S8-CAN can store up to 5,000,000 readings which can be downloaded to a USB for further analysis.
