DC Voltage Dataloggers
The Madgetech VoltX Series includes the VoltX4, VoltX8, VoltX12, and VoltX16 DC voltage data loggers and are available in three voltage ranges: 160 mV, 3.2 V, and 32 V. The datalogger provides a reading rate of up to 4Hz and a large memory capacity for more readings and increased download speed.
The VoltX Series accepts voltage signals from sensors, transducers, and many other common voltage sources. In addition to a large storage capacity, users have the option to enable or disable channels to maximize memory capacity. For easy identification, each channel can be named with up to a ten-digit title. An interface cable is not necessary, the VoltX series uses a standard USB-A to Micro USB cable.
The easy-to-use, battery (9V Lithium) powered device features an 18-month typical battery life, user replaceable battery, and programmable engineering units. Non-volatile solid-state memory provides maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged.
The VoltX Series is ideal for a variety of applications, whether it is remote monitoring, or multiple points in a central location. Data from all channels is simultaneously logged. After the monitoring cycle is complete, data can be downloaded for analysis.
Wiring Options
The VoltX Series 3.2V and 32V data loggers (single ended wiring) have two-position removable screw terminal connections that accept 2-wire configurations.
The VoltX Series ±160mV data loggers (differential wiring) have three-position removable screw terminal connections that accept 3-wire configurations.
Madgetech Software
Using the MadgeTech Software, starting, stopping, and downloading from the VoltX Series data loggers are simple and easy. Graphical, tabular, and statistical data is provided for analysis and data can be viewed in multiple units, using the Engineering Units function. The data can also be automatically exported to Excel for further calculations.
