Wind Speed Recording System
The Madgetech Wind101A is a complete system designed to accurately measure and record wind speeds up to 100mph. The system comes complete with a Pulse 101A datalogger, weatherproof enclosure, three-cup anemometer, and the necessary cabling to quickly get up and running. Cable length options range from 25- to 150-feet.
The Wind101A logger can record up to 500,000 readings and the storage medium is non-volatile, solid-state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The system can be programmed to start up to 18 months in advance.
Data from the Wind101A is retrieved using the IFC200 Data Logger Interface to download the data to the MadgeTech 4 Software. Graphical, tabular, and summary data is provided for analysis and can be viewed as customizable engineering units.
