Meiji Techno’s new FQ-5000 LED series is the next generation of fiber optic illuminators.

FQ-5000 Series illuminators sets the standard for the new generation of LED Fiber Optic Illuminators. These illuminators harness the power of being one of the industry’s highest performing high-output LED’s in alternative to Halogen lighting. This series is designed for optimal thermal management to maximize reliability and optical performance. The FQ-5000 series provides exceptional stability, uniformity and a more consistent color temperature than traditional EKE light sources.

The FQ-5000-US-B1 LED illuminator Power supply has a color temperature of 5000K – 8300K (daylight) and is 80 watts, 110V. Some of its features consists of having continuous dimming, having a multichip design, and having a minimum 80 CRI. The lighting settings are controlled manually. The nosepiece insert attached is 0.625″ (Standard). It is an auto voltage sensing power supply with USA standard electrical cord. It also has a black powder coat finish. The FL150/05 are dual arm goosenecks cables attached that are characterized by their obedient sheating which makes it possible to position light at a range of angle to the subject. The arm length is 24″ and has a 0.265″ main fiber bundle diameter. This dual arm is part of the FQ151, FQ151/220, and FQ-5000-DG illumination systems. The FQ150/50 is a focus lens assembly that is usually used for the FQ150/05 dual arm goosenecks. The focusable lenses allow for variable spot light adjustments, making these ideal for situations where intense illumination is required. It has a proximal end tip of 0.625″.
