The Motic IMAGES ADVANCED 3.1 is a software package designed for use with Moticam microscope cameras. In addition to the Motic Images Plus features of capture, video recording, measurement, counting and amalgamation, the Motic Images Advanced package includes segmentation, multi-focus, and image assembly modules.

The Images Advanced software package can be used to analyze fluorescence images and segment images by RGB or Gray Scale. Motic Images Advanced is packaged with Motic’s Multi-Focus and Image Assembly programs that will allow you to assemble images in a vertical or horizontal platform considering any overlap or shifting of images.

Segmentation

Perform manual segmentation by using RGB or greyscale. 

This module can be used for creating a single overview image out of multiple separated images.

The Multi-Focus module can be used to capture up to 100 images taken at different focusing levels and assemble them into a new single image in focus.
