The Oberon 55 Cal TCG Arc Flash Hood utilizes a patented True Color Grey (TCG) arc flash shield technology for a nearly clear hood window that provides 100% true color acuity, includes anti-fog and anti-scratch resistant coatings, useful while performing common work tasks. The arc flash face shield is made from a durable polycarbonate for long-lasting protection from harsh environments. The Oberon HVSL an optional fresh air arc flash hood ventilation system that is pocket mounted in the rear of the hood, includes a high-precision fan motor that provides over 8 CFM of fresh air around the head and face. with an adjustable light that clips onto the front of the hood, providing 70 lumens of light and 146 hours of run time.
