The PCE-TG 100 is an ultrasonic thickness meter with adjustable speed and a measuring range of up to 225 mm (8.86-inches). Please note the meter displays results in mm only. The ultrasonic thickness meter, PCE-TG 100, works with an external ultrasonic probe; this probe conducts ultrasonic waves into the material to be tested. Different materials conduct ultrasound at different speeds; with this meter, you can choose ultrasonic speeds from 500 to 9999 m/s with a step size of 1 m/s. The meter has five speeds pre-set for different materials.

With the TG 100 ultrasonic thickness meter, you can easily determine the material thicknesses of metal, glass, plastics, and other homogeneous materials in seconds. The included ultrasound probe has a measuring head, which is fitted in a resilient black spring washer. The spring ring has round cutouts making a measurement on straight, even, or round material surfaces possible. The meter is factory calibrated.
