4 Channel Vibration Meter and Data Recorder
The PCE-VM 5000 is a four-channel vibration meter and data recorder that measures vibration acceleration, velocity and displacement. The PCE-VM 5000 indicates on a large, backlit LCD display, up to four channels of simultaneous vibration measurements from remote vibration sensors. Two sensors are included with the meter. The Vibration Meter measures in a frequency range of 10 Hz to 1 kHz for speed, acceleration, and displacement. Measurement units can be changed by the user: for acceleration, the units m/s², g, and ft/s² are able to be selected, for speed, mm/s, cm/s and inches/s, and for the displacement, mm and inches.
The measured values are saved on an SD memory card. Storage can be set to automatic or manual. For auto logging, the sampling time can be set from 1 second to 3600 seconds. Stored values are saved as XLS files for further analysis with Excel.
