Preen AFV-S-5000 – Programmable AC Power Source (5000VA, 0-310V, 40-500Hz)

The AFV-S series is a programmable AC power source with precise measurement capability. This compact product provides clean power with low harmonic distortion. It is ideal for home appliances, power connectors, LED lighting, automation testing in manufacturing, and product testing in a laboratory.

The AFV-S series can display 4 shortcuts of 20 memory sets, and the voltage and frequency settings of each memory set can be clearly read. Users can quickly set and view the parameters via the 5-inch touch panel or rotary knob, which provides an easy operation and measurement display. The AFV-S series comes standard with RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces. Ethernet, analog, and USB interface options are sold separately.

Note: Power cord (part number AFV-P-011) sold separately. The power cord must be installed by a qualified electrician according to the code.

To create a complex sequence on the HMI is not a difficult task for the AFV-S series. The 5-inch touchscreen provides users with a clear display and an easy setup. The AFV-S is also equipped with a rotary knob for better fine-tuning adjustments.

The AFV-S series power supplies have 20 memory sets. They can display 5 memory sets with voltage and frequency settings at the same time. In addition, users can define the name for convenience.

The AFV-S series can provide output waveform display and precise measurements, users can easily check the measurements of RMS voltage, output frequency, RMS current, true power, apparent power, reactive power, power factor, and crest factor according to the product output. Additionally, all measurements can be exported as a report via the control software for analyzing and tracking EUT performance.

For easy setup and programming, the AFV-S series has a standard RS-232/RS-485/PLC Remote interface. Users also can select optional Ethernet /Analog/USB interfaces for different remote-control requirements.
