The 2300R Series Cushioned Static Shield Bag features a zip-lock closure for secure storage and easy resealing. It is a metalized shielding bag with closed-cell air-cushion protection layers, providing lightweight ESD protective packaging that absorbs impact and prevents damage. With an average puncture strength of over 20 pounds, it offers high resistance to punctures for physical protection. It meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ANSI/ESD S541 standards for ESD shielding inside and outside an ESD Protected Area, with an energy limit test result of less than 20 nJ per ANSI/ESD STM11.31. Its resistance ranges from 1 x 10⁴ to less than 1 x 10¹¹ ohms, complying with ANSI/ESD STM11.11, S541, and S11.4 Level 3 for static control bags. The bag saves packing time and labor by eliminating the need for additional bubble wrap or packaging layers.
