The Mobile Heat series are Steinel’s new industrial cordless, battery-operated heat tools designed specifically for professional in-field maintenance work and repair applications with no generator needed. The MH3 has two temperature settings of 570 or 930° F with an airflow rate of up to 7 cfm. Heating up in less than 30 seconds and powered with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, this tool truly means mobile heat wherever you need it. The MH3 is available with several options including the tool with the case, a tool with 8 AH battery & charger, and the MH3 roofing kit which includes the tool, adapter nozzle, 40 mm flathead slit nozzle, two 8 AH batteries, battery charger, and heavy-duty carrying case.
Steinel mobile heat cordless hot air tools are intended for shaping and welding plastic as well as for heating shrink tubing. They are also suitable for soldering, tin-plating, and undoing bonded joints.
