The Techni-Pro 758ST0755 features a tough dual-layer rubber, cut at 1.5″ wide, which provides the largest surface contact, plus a rotating heel-to-sole and sole-to-heel cup design for maximum longevity. We recommend each operator dress with two heel grounders, one for each foot. This will create a parallel path to the ground when standing (two feet down) and provide additional peace of mind when walking about, as one heel grounder will always remain in contact with the grounding surface, i.e., the ESD floor.
