Description
Techni-Pro Two-Layer Rubber Static-Dissipative Mats
Provides a durable work surface that does not generate a static charge and will control the discharge rate from all conductors (including ESD susceptible items) that are placed on the surface. Made from durable, 2-layer rubber with a dissipative blue top layer and a conductive black bottom layer. It will not melt or burn when coming into contact with hot solder and soldering irons, making it ideal to be around soldering applications with flux and other chemicals. It’s resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oils, aldehydes, and amines. A nitrile rubber oil-resistant compound limits its oil absorption to improve its electrical and physical properties over the lifespan of the material.
Key Features:
- The Techni-Pro ESD mats have a resistance of less than 1.0 x 10^9 ohms and provide reliable ESD protection for the life of the mat
