Tektronix 4-PRO-MILGOV-PER – Aerospace Bundle for 4 Series MSO

• Adds multiple functions to a 4 Series MSO
• Includes options from 4-STARTER
• Includes 62.5 MS/ch record length
• Includes additional select aerospace serial analysis options (see description below)
• Option can be applied to MSO44 and MSO46 models

Includes serial bus decoding for protocols used in the aerospace industry, as well as support for generic encoding schemes such as NRZ and Manchester. Mask and limit testing make it easy to automate testing of unique signals.

This option adds the functionality listed below to a 4 Series MSO.

• Decode and trigger on I2C, SPI, RS232/422/485/UART bus activity
• Includes an integrated arbitrary/function generator with 13 predefined functions and arbitrary waveforms
• Extend record length to 62.5 million sample points per channel
• Mask and limit testing
• Manchester serial decoding and analysis
• Aerospace serial bus triggering and analysis (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429)
• NRZ serial decoding and analysis
• SpaceWire serial bus decoding and analysis

If you are purchasing this option to upgrade a unit that you already own, please provide the instrument model and serial number at purchase time. This may be done using the order notes box on step 2 of the online checkout process. If placing a phone order, please reply to the order confirmation email with the model and serial number. If using a purchase order, please provide the information on the PO.

The model and serial number will be sent to the manufacturer to generate a unique software option key used to upgrade the instrument. That key will be emailed to you. You will then enter the key using your instrument’s virtual keyboard. See linked instructions in the Manuals/Guides section of this webpage for further details.
