The ASPEC40BK Spectrum Analyzer has a frequency range of 24 to 40 GHz, an accuracy of +/- 1 dBm, and DANL as small as -100 dBm at RBW 100 kHz. Its field-ready chassis features a rugged case, shock-absorbing bumpers, and a one-hand touch GUI.
The AirScout Spectrum line was designed for technicians who need fast, accurate RF measurements of their spectrum. Its light, compact chassis, and advanced “one-hand” operation make it ideal for technicians installing and testing new radio equipment. AirScout Spectrum is designed specifically for field use making it easy to see downlink or uplink RF transmission quickly and easily. It is a must-have tool for any field engineer performing equipment installation, link troubleshooting, site planning, and maintenance. There are three basic kit and two deluxe kit models available offering frequency ranges up to 40 GHz. Please see below for ordering information.
Application and Functions
AirScout Spectrum can be used for noise floor, interference, and signal quality measurements on location.
Cellular Testing – Do site surveys, baseline testing, and interference hunting for all bands including the mmWave band up to 40 GHz.
Backhaul and Antenna Alignment – Check antenna alignment and transmission for any band and microwave antenna size. Adapters allow you to directly connect to the antenna.
Satellite Communications – Verify uplink and downlink transmission for any band from the L band to the Ku band.
Recording and Playback – Record your RF environment and replay offline for further analysis.
