Digital Differential Pressure Measuring Instrument (Part # 0563 2512)

Differential pressure measurements fast, easy and precise: This is what the testo 512-1 and testo 512-2 measuring instruments stand for. The two models differ in their measuring range: testo 512-1 measures up to 80 inH2O, and the testo 512-2 up to 800 inH2O.

In practical use, they convince with their flexibility and variety of applications. Checking the gas pressure on burners by measuring gas flow pressure and static gas pressure is just as quick and precise as checking filters and measurement in ventilation ducts.

512-1 and 512-2 measuring ranges

The testo 512-1 and 512-2 are similar instruments but cover different pressure ranges. The information below covers several main differences in each.

  • 512-1
    • Measuring range: 0 to +80 InH2O
    • Accuracy: ±1 digit:
        • ±(0.001InH20 + 1% of m.v.) ±1 digit (0 to 10 InH2O)
        • ±(0.04 InH20 + 1.5% of m.v.) ±1 digit (10.01 to 80 InH2O)
    • Resolution: 0.001 InH2O
    • Ideal for measuring gas flow/static gas pressure
  • 512-2
    • Measuring range: 0 to +800 InH2O
    • Accuracy: ±1 digit: 0.5 %fs
    • Resolution: 1 InH2O
    • Ideal for measuring high pressure
