Transforming Technologies CTM1000 Cleanroom Tacky Mat

Tacky mats are used at the entry and exit of cleanrooms and lab-controlled environments to remove contamination on shoes and wheels of carts. Each tacky mat consists of a stack of numbered tear-off polyethylene film sheets. When a sheet becomes loaded with contamination, it is peeled off, exposing a new clean sheet for use. This peel-off design eliminates messy and time-consuming cleaning.

Our tacky mats are made with LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), which creates a smooth surface that is not damaged by shoes, booties, or cartwheels. Our mats are a dependable solution for use in semiconductors, the food industry, aerospace, laboratories, surgery rooms, and other controlled environments.

Ideal for entry into cleanrooms, warehouses, construction sites, model homes, and any other clean areas, each adhesive mat has 30 layers of a polyethylene film that is coated with a medium-tack adhesive to remove dirt and particles from shoes, casters, and cartwheels before entry into the clean environment. Each mat has a corner tab numbered 1 through 30 to assure that only one layer is peeled off at a time. There are 30 sheets per mat and 4 mats per case.
