Refrigerant Leak Detector
The Triplett RLD400 is a refrigerant leak detector that detects SF6, HFC (R134 and R123), CFC and HCFC refrigerants, halogen gas, ethylene, tetrafluoroethylene, trichloroethylene and most other compounds containing halogen. It features a replaceable heated-diode sensor (RLD400-S), High/Low Sensitivity, 7 LED three-color visual leakage level indicators with an audible alert, and a fresh air calibration reset. The 19.8″ (50.2cm) gooseneck probe can be used to check in hard-to-reach areas. It has a low battery indicator and an auto power-off function (after 10 minutes) to conserve battery life. Designed to SAE J1627. The RLD400 includes a sensor (installed), leak test bottle, 9V battery, and protective hard carrying case.
