At NESTES Instruments, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy provides guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Exceptions:
The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or special-order items.
• Digital or downloadable products.
• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as NESTES Instruments is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or replacement, follow the same process for initiating a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

• Any price difference for exchanged items will be settled before shipping.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• Provide photos of the damage and your order details.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Delivery or Missing Items

If you did not receive your order or if items are missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

8. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes associated with returns unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
