The Aven Tools 26700-109-ES is a high-definition 1080p inspection system including a Mighty Cam ES camera, microlens, standard stand, N-type focus mount, LED ring light, 0.5x coupler, and 22-inch HD monitor. This Mighty Cam ES system offers superb image quality and provides a magnification range of 28.8x to 384x and a field of view of 16mm to 1.8mm at a 3-inch working distance.

You can operate this system with or without a PC. The Mighty Cam ES is a streamlined HDMI/USB camera designed for quick and accurate inspection. View 1080p live images on your HD monitor or utilize the advanced measurement software on your PC. Capture true-to-life images and videos directly to the SD Card or on your PC. The 5mp HD image sensor provides detailed images with true-to-life color reproduction.

The HDMI mode provides features that typically require operators to connect their camera to a computer.

The Mighty Cam ES also features a USB output for computer connectivity. The included software package features advanced capabilities exclusive to USB mode.

• Photo Stitching Mode – create large panoramic images by “stitching” them together.  The advanced software detects and continuously builds an image as an object is moved beneath the camera’s lens.  For best results, it is recommended that operators use a gliding stage when using this mode. 
• Image Capture – Save high-resolution image/video files to your PC
• Measurement Tools – Calibrate and execute accurate measurements with a large selection of line, shape, angle, and grid tools.

Aven’s Micro Lens System produces crisp and clear images that are distortion free and void of chromatic aberration. This lens system comes with detents that allows you to calibrate the lens for measurement repeatability. Comes standard with a 1x C mount coupler and 1x objective lens. Total magnification is 0.6x to 4.0x. The field of view is 6 x 8mm at low magnification and 0.8 x 1.2mm at high magnification. Working Distance is 82mm. This heavy-duty stand is perfect for applications where horizontal extension is limited. It features a large base (279 x 330 x 12.7mm) to accommodate a variety of parts. It has a 25mm diameter post.

A compact source of LED lighting with a fully adjustable high-resolution dimmer that provides uniformity and shadow-free illumination. Consists of 96 LED lights that do not heat or flicker. An adapter may be required to mount a micro video lens. The opening is 50mm with 3 thumb screws for mounting.

This focus mount secures the camera via a 1/4 inch-20 screw mount and features coarse focus adjustment knobs for easy focus adjustment. This focus mount also features a locking screw to fasten at any place along the post stand.
