The Benchmark Scientific MC-24R is a refrigerated microcentrifuge available with or without the COMBI-rotor that accepts both standard microtubes (1.5-2.0 ml) and PCR tubes/strips (0.2 ml), eliminating the need for a dedicated PCR strip/tube rotor. The MC-24R includes a powerful, compressor-based refrigeration system capable of cooling to -20°C.

The MC-24R features a touch control panel and high-speed centrifugation (up to (up to 13,500 rpm / 16,800 xg). Additional features include adjustable acceleration/deceleration rates, real time rpm and rcf conversion, storage of up to 99 programs, and a status indicator light. The status indicator light informs the user if the unit is running, in standby, or has completed a run.

The MC-24R is a compact, convenient, and easy to operate refrigerated centrifuge perfectly suited to be the workhorse for any lab.
