The Desco 19297 Two-Point Resistance Probe meets ANSI/ESD STM11.13-2015 requirements for testing the resistance of small samples or small areas on a larger sample. It utilizes two gold plated, spring-loaded pins with conductive rubber electrodes at the point of contact. The two electrodes measure 0.125″ in diameter and are spaced 0.50″ between centers. Replacement pins are available as item 19299.
