The Digilent MCC USB-TEMP and USB-TC series devices support thermocouple inputs. The USB-TEMP and USB-TEMP-AI also support RTD, thermistor, and semiconductor sensor measurements. In addition, voltage measurements are supported by the USB-TEMP-AI. Each device also includes eight digital I/O lines.

The USB-TEMP and USB-TC Series offer the most accurate temperature measurement possible since the internal measurement electronics accuracy exceed the temperature sensors’ accuracy specifications. The combination of the USB-TEMP and USB-TC Series and the Measurement Computing DAQ software suite gives you a complete data acquisition solution that will take measurements in minutes.

USB-TC – features eight 24-bit analog inputs for precise thermocouple measurements, 2 S/s/ch sample rate, and 8 digital I/O.

USB-TEMP – features eight 24-bit analog inputs for precise thermocouple measurements, 2 S/s/ch sample rate, and 8 digital I/O that supports thermocouple, RTD, thermistor, and semiconductor sensor types.

USB-TEMP-AI – features eight 24-bit analog inputs and a 2 S/s/ch sample rate. Four channels can be configured to measure various temperature sensors, including thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, and semiconductors. The last four channels are capable of measuring voltage and offer the following input ranges; ±10, ±5, ±2.5, and ±1.25 V. Eight digital I/O and one counter input are also provided.

Out of the Box Software: DAQami – Included

DAQami is an out-of-the-box data logging, visualization, and signal generation application. Data can be viewed in real-time or post-acquisition on user-configurable displays. DAQami is ideal for interactive testing, data logging, and developing applications that run for minutes or days.
