Coating Thickness Tester
The CG204 is a portable meter designed for noninvasive coating thickness measurements. The tester uses dual technology that provides automatic recognition of ferrous (magnetic induction measurement) and non-ferrous (eddy current measurement) substrates.

Key Features
The CG204 has a 0 to 1250 micrometer (0 to 49 mils) measuring range with ±3 percent accuracy and 0.1 micrometer (0.004 mil) resolution for both ferrous and non-ferrous applications. Additional features include: two measuring modes (single and continuous), two working modes (direct and group), user-programmable high/low alarms, min/max/average, built-in USB interface, and one or two point calibration. Memory stores up to 400 readings (80 direct and 320 group).
