Thermo-Shrink Heavy-Wall Heat Shrink, 9 Inch Length, 1-3/0 AWG
Ideal Thermo-Shrink® 3:1 Ratio thin wall heat shrinkable tubing in black color is made of polyolefin and comes with adhesive liner for providing complete insulation/protection to electrical splices. It can accommodate a cable of size 2 – 4/0 AWG. Tubing has a voltage rating of 600 Volts.
It measures 1.100 Inch diameter x 9.000 Inch. Tubing is highly flame-retardant and non-corrosive. It can resist up to 25000 psi pressure at 2% secant modulus stress/strain. Tubing starts to shrink at a temperature of 120 deg C. It can be +1%/-10% longitudinal change the original shape within 3 minutes. Tubing operates within temperature range of -55 to 110 deg C.
It can be elongated up to 500% of the original size after aging at 175 deg C for about 168 hours. Tubing has dielectric strength of 500 Volts/mil, specific gravity of 1.20 and tensile strength of 2100 psi. It has 0.060-Inch thick wall to resist common fluids and solvent. Tubing can be elongated up to 600% of the original size. Tubing is UL listed and is RoHS compliant.
