JBC CDN-2QF – High Precision Soldering Station with NT115 Nano Handle (230 VOLT VERSION)

The JBC CDN station is designed for high precision, micro soldering applications and includes the NT115 Nano handle. This system offers maximum control when working with small components, as well as with use under a microscope.

The NT115 Nano handle is compatible with C115 tips. Please note, tips are sold separately.

The CDN offers intelligent heat management with its sleep and hibernation modes, greatly extending tip life. The stand automatically detects when the iron has been removed and returned and adjusts the temperature accordingly.

Sleep Mode automatically lowers tip temperature below the solder melting point, preventing the dissolution of the iron tip coating into molten solder.

Hibernation Mode cuts off the power supply making the tip reach room temperature, thus preventing oxidation and saving energy.

JBC Stations work with the JBC Most Efficient Soldering System, which recovers tip temperature extremely quickly. This increases efficiency and enables the user to work with lower temperatures.

The CDN contains a port on its rear panel for connection with a JBC FAE fume extractor. This enables automatic operation of the fume extractor, so that when the soldering iron is removed from its stand, the fume extractor turns on. When the soldering iron is returned, it will turn off. Please note, fume extractor sold separately.
