The JBC DDPE-2QC is a two channel, precision rework system which includes the DDU station, T210 precision handle and the AM120 tweezer. Please note, tips are sold separately and can be viewed through the links below. This model is a 230 volt version and is not designed for use in the United States.

The DDU Control Unit manages up to 2 tools simultaneously and is fully compatible with 10 different JBC tools. It works with JBC Exclusive Heating System and the intelligent Sleep and Hibernation Modes.

It comes with T210 Precision Handle and AM120 Adjustable Micro Tweezers. The short distance tip-to-grip of both tools provides the highest precision handling even under the magnifying glass.

T210 works with C210 Cartridge Range and AM120 with C120 Cartridge Range whose exceptional slimness allows reworking components on heavily populated PCBAs without affecting nearby components.

This station includes two stands with a complete cleaning system – a Tip Cleaner with brass wool, as well as, splashguard and anti-splash membrane to keep the work area clean and free of solder particles. Quick Cartridge Changer enables a safe, easy and quick cartridge exchange which, combined with Cartridge Holder, allows you to store up to four cartridges. Also, the station includes a SCH Cartridge Holder to store up to 16 cartridges and tips nearby.

• Stand automatic detection makes the tools entering in Sleep & Hibernation mode when not being used.
• Sleep lowers tip temperature below solder melting point, preventing tips iron dissolution into solder.
• Hibernation cuts off power supply making the tip to reach room temperature thus preventing oxidation and saving energy.

• Extend tip life lowering the temperature while the tool is not being used.
• JBC tips last 5 times longer than other brands thanks to the Exclusive Heating System and Sleep & Hibernation mode.

The DDU offers an intuitive user interface which provides quick access to station parameters.
