This station is a 230 volt version of the JBC HD heavy duty control unit. This particular model is only a station – it does not include tools, tips, or any other accessories.

The JBC HD station is the most powerful soldering unit in the JBC range and it is designed for soldering applications that require large amounts of heat. It is ideal for use with solar panels, multi layered circuits and components with large dissipative surfaces.

This station works with the JBC exclusive heating system and intelligent sleep/hibernation modes. It features all of the benefits that Excellence range products have to offer. The easy-to-use menu provides innovative functions to help you monitor work in real time, with graphs, USB connectivity and much more.

As with all JBC Stations, the Heavy Duty Station has a fast and easy configuration menu with more than 10 customizable parameters according to your needs, full control of soldering processes and remote work management thanks to JBC Software. It also allows direct connection with JBC Fume Extractors.

Using with optional KHT470 tweezers

This station is also compatible for use with the JBC KHT470 heavy duty tweezer. This provides twice the power of the T470 handle. Please note, the KHT470 requires two HDU control units to operate. (Tweezer and extra HDU control unit are sold separately).

The HDE offers an intuitive user interface which provides quick access to station parameters.
