Streamline USB Vector Network Analyzer (300 kHz to 6.5 GHz); Two Port
Balance deadlines, productivity, budget and bench space with the Keysight P937xA, a member of Keysight’s Streamline Series. You’ll move confidently across every stage of your product’s development lifecycle by leveraging accurate and repeatable measurements, automated code capability, and a consistent, intuitive user experience. With comprehensive Keysight services including calibration, education and consulting, these instruments enhance your solution to help you accelerate technology adoption and lower costs.
The P937xA series, Keysight’s first compact vector network analyzer (VNA), is an affordable full two-port VNA which dramatically reduces your test equipment footprint. The compact VNA has wide frequency coverage with six frequency options that operate from 300 kHz up to 26.5 GHz. The VNA is packaged in a compact chassis and controlled by an external computer with powerful data processing capabilities and functionalities. The firmware running on the PC has the same intuitive GUI as the other Keysight VNAs, which allows you to reduce switching cost between models.
Several Versions Available
The Keysight P937xA series of vector network analyzers are available with different maximum frequency capabilities to suit your needs and budget. Please see the table below for a comparison. Further details can be found in the data sheet linked in the Documents section of this webpage.
| Model | Ports | Frequency |
| P9370A | 2 | 300 kHz to 4.5 GHz |
| P9371A | 2 | 300 kHz to 6.5 GHz |
| P9372A | 2 | 300 kHz to 9 GHz |
| P9373A | 2 | 300 kHz to 14 GHz |
| P9374A | 2 | 300 kHz to 20 GHz |
| P9375A | 2 | 300 kHz to 26.5 GHz |
Uncompromised RF Performance
USB instruments are very common. When shopping for small-form-factor equipment, you may have trouble distinguishing between vendors with similar specifications. The Keysight Streamline Series VNA is based on proven measurement science. It shares a common GUI with high-end instruments – enabling you to implement the Streamline Series into your workflow easily.

P937xA Software (Some options sold separately)
Network analyzer software tools enable you to investigate, characterize, and troubleshoot your designs in various measurement applications. Simplify complex measurements such as automatic fixture removal, scalar mixer / converter calibrated measurements, and time domain on your P937xA with software applications.
Keysight offers the IO Libraries Suite which contains instrument control packages; this is available for download on the Keysight website. More advanced options are available for purchase in the Accessories section of this webpage.
Note: While the IO Libraries Suite will provide instrument functionality, many users will require the optional packages to meet their testing needs.
Extend to Four Test Ports
Two P937xA vector network analyzers can be linked to extend the test ports from two to four. This configuration requires the purchase of an additional VNA, a multiple instrument configuration kit, and multiport calibrated measurement software. See the Accessories section of this webpage for more details.

Calibration Modules (Sold Separately)
Electronic calibration (ECal) modules make calibration of Keysight network analyzers fast, easy, and accurate. Precision 2-port ECal modules support a variety of connectors and frequencies. Connectors can be configured as female-female, male-male, or female-male. Two-port calibrations take less than half the time and number of connections versus traditional mechanical calibration kits.
Keysight also offers mechanical calibration kits. These kits contain a set of physical devices called standards. Mechanical calibration requires more work and care on the part of the technician, but it can be more accurate, and the basic kits can be more cost effective.
