Mastercool’s Hydra-Swage Kits makes expanding copper, aluminum, and soft steel tubing easy. Its portability allows the technician to create tube fabrication on the job, saving the technician time. The patented hand held high pressure hydraulic pump (up to 6000 psi) generates the power necessary to expand tubing up to 2-1/8in. (28mm). The Hydra-Swage can eliminate couplings, reduce brazing, number of joints and most importantly enhance a quality job.

Fabricates and expands copper, aluminum and soft steel tubing using hydraulic power.
