Oberon 75 Cal TCG Kit Coverall Arc Flash Suit Sets

The Oberon 75 Cal TCG Arc Flash Kit includes: 75 Cal TCG Arc Flash Coverall (TCG75-CVL) and 75 Cal TCG Arc Flash Hood (hood only, hood with vent, hood with vent and light) with Hard Cap (TCG75-C/HVS/HVSL).

The Oberon 75 Cal TCG Ultralight Arc Flash Coveralls are ultralight, made from a proprietary blend of arc rated, inherently flame resistant, aramid fibers. The coverall features reflective day/night striping on arms and legs for increased visibility, knit cuffs, and a dual-stage zipper front closure. The 75 Cal TCG Ultralight Arc Flash Coverall meet ANSI/ISEA 125 Level 2 conformity and arc flash PPE Category 4 standards with an arc rating 76 cal/cm2. The Oberon 75 Cal TCG Arc Flash Hood utilizes a patented True Color Grey (TCG) arc flash shield technology for a nearly clear hood window that provides 100% true color acuity, includes anti-fog and anti-scratch resistant coatings, useful while performing common work tasks. The arc flash face shield is made from a durable polycarbonate for long lasting protection from harsh environments. The Oberon HVS an optional fresh air arc flash hood ventilation system that is pocket mounted in the rear of hood, includes a high precision fan motor which provides over 8 CFM of fresh air around the head and face. The Oberon HSVL hood is also available with vent and an adjustable light that clips onto front of hood, providing 70 lumens of light and 146 hours of run time.

An arc flash risk assessment must first be completed by the employer before the appropriate protection level can be determined.

True Color Grey (TCG) is a medium density filter that allows all wavelengths of visible light to pass through without causing any color distortion. The end result is a nearly clear experience for the worker when performing complex electrical tasks. With the advent of this new technology, electrical workers will no longer struggle to see colored wires or colored electrical tape while working energized.
