The PCE-WM1 is a multi-function thermo hygrometer used to determine relative humidity (% RH), absolute humidity (g/m3), air temperature, dew-point temperature and surface temperature (°C). This device displays measurements in metric units only. An external probe is included for taking surface temperatures. Absolute humidity and dew point temperature are calculated by the microprocessor, which performs linearization and mathematical computations. The meter is factory calibrated.

The PCE-WM1 hygrometer is used extensively in the construction industry to evaluate building materials and working conditions. It is also used in the food industry to ensure product quality and freshness. HVAC technicians trust this meter to perform HVAC system performance audits.

Accurate, user-friendly operation

Once the meter is turned on by pressing the on/off button once, the results of measurements of air temperature, relative humidity, dew point temperature and absolute humidity are instantaneous after switching the know to the chosen position: TEMP, RH, DEW POINT or HUMIDITY. Surface temperature measurement is conducted with the TP-1 electrode connected to the mini-jack socket in the lower part of the probe. The knob should be set to TEMP. Measured values are displayed on the LCD screen. If the measurements are out of range, the meter indicates the upper or lower range is exceeded.
