12″ by 24″ Asst contains 1 each of the following thicknesses: 0.001″, 0.002″, 0.003″, 0.004″, 0.005″, 0.006″, 0.007″, 0.008″, 0.010″, 0.012″, 0.015″, 0.020″, 0.025″, and 0.031″. Steel Shim is made from a full hard, cold rolled, low carbon 1008-1010 steel. Precision Brand® is the only manufacturer to offer Branded® shim. It has everything the user needs to know marked right on the shim: material type, material thickness, and lot # for full traceability. They are used in applications requiring hardness, flatness, and accuracy. Material can be punched or sheared with minimum burring and distortion.
