Quick 712A – Two Channel Soldering and Hot Air Rework System
The Quick 712A is a two channel rework system with soldering and hot air functionality. The 712A features independent digital controls for both channels, as well as independent power switches for both tools.
The soldering portion of the 712A offers 90 watts of heating power, with a temperature range of 125-930°F and stability of ±2°. Many different tips sizes and geometries are also available, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
The hot air section features a 1000 watt handpiece, with a temperature range of 215-930°F. Air volume is adjustable between 1-120 L/min, with several dozen nozzles also available. Nozzles are available in many different sizes and designed for use with a variety of package types, including QFP, SOP, BGA and many more.
