The PDT800 independently tests the left and right foot and wristband and gives a visual and audible PASS/FAIL indicator. An innovative LCD screen will instantly display the test result and the measured resistances so you can easily understand your testing program.

Stop A Ground Device Failure Before It Happens

What makes the PDT 800K unique is the proactive “Near-Fail” Alert that indicates to the user that the ESD grounding device under test is Passing but nearing failure levels and should be changed soon if not right away.

Audible and visible alarms are triggered if the wrist straps resistance exceeds 35 megohm and heel grounders exceed 100 megohms (factory default). Low resistance can also trigger an alarm event. The high and low limits of both wrist straps and footwear can be changed by the DIP Switch located at the bottom of the tester.
